I think I prefer the first

It's weird how, if there's not a project to think about, your mind defaults back to lazily examining the here and now and the then and there, and girls.

But when a project comes along, like studying for an exam or creating a new vision for mankind, or making a pot, or genetically engineering a pet pteradactyl, your mind, when not focussed on squeezing a spot, or fixing the fridge, defaults back to the project.

I think I prefer the first, but I don't know because I can't be there because I'm working on something.
